Investment doesn’t mean extravagance. It means reverence.

2. Invest in Your Mental Space

Pregnancy is as much a psychological rebirth as it is a physical one.

  • Book that birth preparation class you’ve been eyeing.
  • Say yes to therapy or support groups.
  • Journal, meditate, create. Let your inner voice breathe.

The stronger your mental space, the calmer your womb, the safer your baby feels.

3. Invest in Relationships
